I am an integrative therapist, using person-centered and psycho education as part of our work. I provide counselling to adults age 18 and over – any gender, cultural background or sexual orientation.
I am passionate about growth and healing. I am on my own healing journey and had many years of my own personal therapy, I know that it is not a linear journey.
I am also a neurodivergent therapist happy to prove neuro affirming therapy if that is what you need. I am very aware that we all have different brains, that we all have different ways of learning and preferences for communication.
I am also passionate about feminist issues, I currently volunteer at a women’s centre working with different issues. Some of the themes I have worked with are: domestic abuse, bereavement, divorce / separation, family and unhealthy relationships, neurodiversity, difficult childhood experiences and trauma, low self-worth, anxiety and depression.
Please email [email protected] to book in a free 15 minute phone call. I will discuss with your needs and availability.
