Are you a high achiever or perfectionist? But deep down suffering from low self worth? Are your relationships suffering? Do you want to find more resilience, self-belief and confidence? Do you avoid things and struggle to understand how you feel, how to express your feelings, and where you feel them in your body? I am an integrative therapist, working with you to build your resilience. Whatever you are going through, I am confident that talking through your issues with a qualified therapist like me, will help you cope and grow.

I am an integrative therapist, I always work at your own pace and it is up to you what you wish to talk about. I am here not to judge you or to offer you advice about your life.

I have been through my own healing journey and growth and I believe it is possible to ‘get better’. Whatever it is you are going through, I firmly believe speaking with someone you trust about how you feel is the first step to making the change you want to see in your life.

Please email [email protected] to book in a free 15 minute phone call. I will discuss with your needs and availability.
